From the Commissioner & Director of Agriculture, Hyderabad Letter No.CS(3)974/10, dated:02.12.2011. 2. G.O.Rt.No.227, Fin. (EXPR. A & C) Department dated: 21.01.2012. -oOo- O R D E R: The Commissioner & Director of Agriculture, Hyderabad vide reference 1st read above has requested the Government to release an amount of Rs.51.24 lakhs ( Central share of Rs.49.27 lakhs + Matching state share of Rs.1.97 lakhs) (Rs.9.47 lakhs within BE and Rs.41.77 lakhs over and above B.E) in relaxation of Quarterly Regulation Orders and Treasury Control Orders for settlement of pending bills of 2010 -11 and for implementation of MM – II of Jute Technology Mission (Mesta in Andhra Pradesh) during the year 2011-12. 2. The Finance (Exp. A&C) Department, in the reference 2nd read above, have issued Budget Release Order for an amount of Rs.51,24,000/- (Rupees Fifty one lakhs and twenty four thousand only) [Rs.41.77 lakhs under CSS (Rs.9.47 lakhs within BE+ Rs.39.80 lakhs as additional) + Rs.1.97 lakhs under MSS (as additional)] to the Commissioner & Director of Agriculture, A.P., Hyderabad, in relaxation of Treasury Control orders for settlement of pending bills of 2010 -11 and for implementation of MM – II of Jute Technology Mission (Mesta in A.P) during 2011 – 12, under the Plan under the Heads of Account mentioned therein . 3. Based on the above orders, Government, after careful examination, hereby accord administrative sanction for an amount of Rs.51,24,000/- (Rupees Fifty one lakhs and twenty four thousand only) [Rs.41.77 lakhs under CSS (Rs.9.47 lakhs within BE+ Rs.39.80 lakhs as additional) + Rs.1.97 lakhs under MSS (as additional)] to the Commissioner & Director of Agriculture, A.P., Hyderabad, in relaxation of Treasury Control orders for settlement of pending bills of 2010 -11 and for implementation of MM – II of Jute Technology mission (Mesta in A.P) during 2011 – 12, released in the reference 3rd read above. 4. The Commissioner & Director of Agriculture, A.P., Hyderabad, shall take necessary further action in the matter. 5.
