Ms. No. 175Finance (A&L) Department, dated: 15-05-2010. 2) Application of Smt. Y.Bhargavi, A.S.O., dated: Nil. 3) G.O. Rt. No.1259, Finance (A&L) Department, dated: 29.03.2012. *** O R D E R: Under Articles 230 and 231 of A.P.Financial Code Volume-I and in terms of the orders issued in the G.O. 3rd read above, Government hereby accord sanction an advance of Rs.60,000/- (Rupees Sixty Thousand only) to Smt. Y.Bhargavi, A.S.O., Housing Department for purchase of a Motor Cycle. 2. The advance sanctioned in para (1) above is subject to the following conditions:- a) That she should purchase the Motor Cycle within one month from the date of drawal of the advance, failing which the full amount of advance drawn together with interest thereon should be refunded to the Government; b) That if the actual price paid for the Motor Cycle is less than the advance drawn, the balance should be refunded to the Government forthwith; c) That she should execute Mortgage bond in Form No.14 of the A.P.Financial Volume-I; and d) That the Motor Cycle should be insured with effect from the date of purchase against loss or damage by fire accident within one month from the date of purchase of Motor Cycle failing which the full amount of advance drawn together with interest thereon shall be refunded to the Government. She should purchase Motor Cycle which is fit for comprehensive insurance and no third party insurance is permitted. 3. The advance shall be recovered in (80) monthly equal installments at the rate of Rs 750/- (Rupees Seven Hundred and Fifty only) per month from the salary of the individuals from the month of April, 2012 payable in the month of May, 2012 and (P.T.O)::2:: interest at the rate of 5.50% per annum will be charged on the advance taken and the interest shall be recovered in 16 monthly installments immediately after the principle amount is recovered. 4. The individuals should submit to the Government Mortgage Bond in Form No.14 of the Andhra Pradesh Financial Code Volume-I, as soon as the Motor Cycle is purchased and also report the date of drawal of advance and date of purchase of Motor Cycle should also be reported in due course. 5. The insurance policy should be forwarded to the Pay and Accounts Officer, Hyderabad for perusal together with a letter in Form No.15 of A.P.Financial Volume-I addressed to the Motor Insurance Company with which the Motor Cycle is insured, notifying to the company of the fact that the Government are interested in the Policy insured. 6. The advance sanctioned in para (1) above shall be debited to the Head of Account “M.H.7610 – Loans to Government Servants etc., M.H.202 – Advances for purchase of Motor Conveyance, S.H.(05) – Loans for purchase of Motor Cycles” 7. Certified that the individuals who is sanctioned Motor Cycle Advance are regular employees of the Housing Department. 8. The Housing (Claims) Department are requested to draw and disburse the amount sanctioned in para (1) above to the individual. 9.
