From the Director General, ACB, Hyderabad, Lr.No. 130/RCA-VKI/2006-S9, dated 26.08.2011. *** O R D E R: Whereas, an inquiry under rule-20 of the Andhra Pradesh Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1991 is being held against Sri S. Nagasiva Rao, former District Manager, A.P. State Housing Corporation Limited, Machilipatnam, Krishna District, now on leave. (2) And whereas, in the reference 1st read above, Sri T. Satyanarayana, Range Inspector-III, ACB, Vijayawada Range, Vijayawada has been appointed as Presenting Officer to present the case on behalf of the Disciplinary Authority, in support of the articles of charge. In the reference 2nd read above, the Director General, Anti Corruption Bureau, Hyderabad has requested to appoint Sri A. Venkat Rao, Deputy Superintendent of Police, ACB, Vijayawada Range as Presenting Officer in this case, as Sri T. Satyanarayana, Range Inspector-III, has been transferred out from the Bureau to his parent unit. (3) Now, therefore, the Disciplinary Authority in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (c) of sub-rule (5) of rule-20 of the said Rules, hereby appoints Sri A.
