The expenditure sanctioned above shall be debited to the Head of Account “2251-Secretariat Social Services, 090-Secretariat, SH (17)- B.C. Welfare Department, 130-Office Expenses, 132-Other Office Expenses. 3. The Backward Classes Welfare (Claims) Department shall draw and issue an Account Payee Cheque in favour of the Lepakshi Export Oriented Showroom, Hastakalabhavan, Musheerabad, Hyderabad for settlement of the bill. 4.
