GAD - Sanction of expenditure – Orders – Issued.

ORDER:
Sanction is hereby accorded for payment of Rs.6,366/- (Rupees Six Thousand
Three Hundred and Sixty Six only) to M/s KUN Automobiles (P) Ltd., Hyderabad
(Authorised Company workshop) towards the cost of repairs/replacements that were
undertaken to the Government Vehicle No. AP 12 D 99 being used in the general
pool of GAD.
2. The expenditure sanctioned in para 1 above shall be debited to the Head of
Account “2052 – Sectt. General Services – MH 090 – Secretariat – SH (04) General
Administration Department – 510 – Maintenance of Office vehicles.”
3. The General Administration (Claims C) Department are requested to draw and
credit the amount sanctioned in para 1 above to the M/s.KUN Automobiles Pvt. Ltd.,
A/C.No.52661010031590, Oriental Bank of Commerce, Gandhi Nagar Branch, IFSC
Code:ORBC 0105266, MICR Code:500022026.
4. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department as per
the rules in vogue.
