In the circumstances reported in the references read above, Sri
J.V.K.T.Prabhakar Rao, IFS(87), Managing Director, A.P.Education and
Welfare Infrastructure Development Corporation, Hyderabad is
sanctioned Earned leave for (8) days from 9.9.2011 to 16.9.2011, (both
days inclusive), under A.I.S. (Leave), Rules, 1955, subject to eligibility.
2. Under FR 26(b)(2), it is certified that Sri J.V.K.T.Prabhakar Rao,
IFS(87), would have continued in the Super Time Scale of IFS Officers,
but for his going on leave.
