ORDER:
In pursuance of the orders issued in G.O. 3rd read above, sanction is hereby
accorded for release of an amount of Rs. 85,00,000 -00 (Rupees Eighty five lakhs only)
to the Collector & District Election Officer, Warangal to meet the expenditure for conduct
of Bye-elections to the 99-Ghanpur (Station) (SC) Assembly Constituency in Andhra
Pradesh State to be held on 18-03-2012.

2. The expenditure sanctioned in Para-1 above shall be debited to “2015 Elections
– M.H. 106 Charges for conduct of Elections to State Legislature- S.H. (04)
Legislative Assembly” in relaxation of Quarterly Regulation and Treasury Control
orders pending provision of funds by way of obtaining of Supplementary grants during
the current financial year 2011-12.
3. The Collector & District Election Officer, Warangal is authorized to draw the
amount under “110 DTE/111 TA and 130 O.E/132 O.O.E” on A.C. Bills when-ever need
arises to the minimum amount required from out of the funds which shall be adjusted by
preferring D.C. Bills within a month from the date of drawal of the advance subject to the
condition that the entire allotment shall not be drawn on A.C.Bill in one lumpsum.

4. The District Treasury Officer, Warangal is requested to admit the bills in audit to
the extent of funds now released and the A.C. Bills being presented by the Election
Officers concerned.
5. The Collector & District Election Officer, Warangal is requested to ensure that
funds are used only for the purpose for which it has been sanctioned, with due attention
to consideration of economy and efficiency and shall submit expenditure particulars to
Government immediately.
6. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance (Expr.GAD-I) Department
vide G.O 3rd read above.
