Bhavan, Hyderabad, Invoice No:1548/HWI1/2011-12, Dated:17.03.2012. ****** ORDER: In the G.O. 2nd read above administrative sanction was accorded based on the B.R.O. issued in the reference 1st read above to procure Computers and Printers from the Andhra Pradesh Technology Services Limited., B.R.K. Bhavan, Hyderabad for an amount of Rs.7.50 lakhs for the Backward Classes Welfare Department. The Andhra Pradesh Technology Services Limited., Hyderabad has supplied additional systems and printers based on the request of the Department for the newly created sections in the Department for which they have requested to release the balance amount of Rs.1,09,736/- (Rupees One Lakh Nine Thousand Seven Hundred and Thirty Six Only). 2. Sanction is, therefore, hereby accorded for the balance payment of Rs.1,09,736/- (Rupees One Lakh Nine Thousand Seven Hundred and Thirty Six Only) to the Andhra Pradesh Technology Services Limited., B.R.K. Bhavan, Hyderabad, towards the supply of Computers / Printers to the Backward Classes Welfare Department, A.P., Secretariat, Hyderabad. 3. The expenditure sanctioned above shall be debited to the Head of Account “2251-Secretariat Social Services, 090-Secretariat, SH (17) - B.C. Welfare Department, 130-Office Expenses, 132-Other Office Expenses. 4. The Backward Classes Welfare (Claims) Department shall draw the bill and adjust an amount of Rs.1,09,736/- (Rupees One Lakh Nine Thousand Seven Hundred and Thirty Six Only) to the P.D. A/c No.23-8449 - Other Deposits -120 –Miscellaneous Deposits – 56 Deposits of APTS Hyderabad. 5. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department under the rules and orders in force on the subject.
