G.O.Rt.No.2150, GA (SC-F) Dept, dt:05-05-2010. 2. From Sri G. Nagaraju, Assistant Secretary to Government working on OD as Municipal Commissioner, Khammam, Representation dated: 03.01.2011. # # # O R D E R ::- Sri G. Nagaraju, Assistant Secretary to Government working as Municipal Commissioner on OD was appointed by promotion to the post of Deputy Secretary to Government during the panel year 2009-10 as per his seniority. The Officer has not joined the promotion post within the stipulated time. Subsequently, he was again considered for promotion to the post of Deputy Secretary to Government in the panel year 2010-11 also, in terms of G.O.Ms.No.145, General Administration (Ser.D) Department, dated 15-6-2004. But, he was requested to consider his name as Deputy Secretary to Government in the next panel year i.e., 2011-12. Though, he was considered for two successive panel years and awarded promotion to the post of Deputy Secretary to Government, he has not joined the promoted post of Deputy Secretary to Government within the stipulated time. 2) After careful examination of the matter, in the light of instructions issued in G.O.Ms.No.145, General Administration (Ser-D) Department, dt: 15-6-2004, and clarificatory instructions issued vide Circular Memo. No. 10445/Ser.D/2011, dated:1.6.2011, Government hereby order that Sri G. Nagaraju, Assistant Secretary to Government, now working as Municipal Commissioner on OD has foregone permanently his right of promotion to the post of Deputy Secretary to Government consequent on his non-joining in the promoted post of Deputy Secretary to Government in two successive panel years i.e. 2009-10 and 2010- 2011. 3) The Department concerned is requested to take necessary immediate action to communicate these orders to the individual and send a copy of acknowledgment to this Department for record. 4) The Department concerned is also requested make an entry accordingly in his Service Register.
