Bldgs/Hyd/2012, dated 31.01.2012. :: :: :: ORDER: In the references read above, the Engineer-in-Chief (R&B) Buildings, Hyderabad has furnished an electrical estimates for an amount of `.3.70 lakhs (Rupees Three lakhs Seventy thousand only) for Comprehensive Maintenance and Monthly servicing to 7.5TR & 11 TR package units in 3rd Floor of C-Block, L-Block 8th Floor and D-Block 3rd Floor in the premises of Secretariat from 01.04.2012 to 31.03.2013. 2. In the circumstances reported by the Electrical Engineer (General), Hyderabad in the reference read above and after examination of the matter administrative sanction is hereby accorded for an amount of `.3.70 lakhs (Rupees Thee lakhs Seventy thousand only) for the work mentioned at para (1) above in the premises of A Secretariat, Hyderabad on the responsibility of Engineer-in-Chief (R&B) Buildings, Hyderabad subject to following regular procedures and also to production of the work done certificate at the time of issue of L.O.C. + 3. The expenditure shall be debited to the head of account “2059 Public works - 01 Office buildings - MH 053 Maintenance and repairs – SH(10) Buildings of General Administration Department - 270 Minor works - 272 Maintenance” 4. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department as per rules in force.
