Read the following:- 1. Dr.M.Naganna, IPS (SPS:2000), S.P. Railways, Vijayawada letter dated 2.2.2012. 2. From the Director General of Police, A.P. Hyderabad Lr.Rc.No.189/G4/2012, dated 15.02.2012 ****** O R D E R:- Under the AIS (Leave) Rules, 1955, sanction is accorded to Dr.M.Naganna, IPS (SPS:2000), S.P.Railways, Vijayawada, for availing (104) days Ex.India Half Pay Leave from 12.03.2012 to 23.06.2012 with permission to avail public holidays on 10th, 11th March and 24th June, 2012. Permission is also accorded to the Member of Service to visit U.S.A. on private affairs during the said period. 2. The expenditure of Rs.70,000/- (approximately) as declared by the Member of Service for the visit to U.S.A., shall be borne by him from his personal savings, in terms of the instructions issued by the Government of India, Department of Personnel & Training, in their letter No.11019/6/2001 AIS.III dated 07.0.2003/4.8.2003 read with letter dated 05.12.2007. The Member of Service shall not accept any hospitality from a foreign Government/ private body other than a close relative during the above leave period. 3. Under F.R.26 (b) (ii), it is certified that Dr.M.Naganna, IPS (SPS:2000), S.P.Railways, Vijayawada would have officiated in the Junior Administrative Grade in the Pay Band-3 Rs.15,600-39,100 + 7,600 (Grade Pay ) in the rank of Superintendent of Police during the above period, but for his going on leave. 4. The Pay and Accounts Officer, Hyderabad, shall take necessary action in the matter to make entries in the Service Register of the Member of Service accordingly. 5. The Director General of Police, A.P. Hyderabad shall take necessary arrangements to the post of Superintendent of Police, Vijayawada during the above period. 6. The following posting is notified: - On return from leave Dr.M.Naganna, IPS (SPS:2000), is re-posted as ‘Superintendent of Police, Railways, Vijayawada’.
