ORDER:-
Government, after careful examination of the circumstances reported in the
reference read above, hereby accord post-facto permission to Smt.V.Usha Rani, IAS,
Commissioner & Director of Agriculture, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad, under rule 47(3) of
A.P.T.A.Rules, to attend the 2nd meeting of the Cotton Advisory Board for the Cotton
Season 2011-12 on 24th January, 2012 (Tuesday) at 10.30 AM in the Conference hall of
the Office of the Textile Commissioner, Mumbai.
2. The absence of the above officer including to and fro journey time shall be treated
as on duty under Rule 9(6)(b)(i) of Fundamental Rules and he is eligible for TA and DA as
per A.P.T.A.Rules.
3. The expenditure of the above tour shall be debited to the Head of Account to
which the pay and allowances of the Officer are being drawn.
4. This orders does not require the concurrence of Finance (FW:TA) Department as
per rules in force.
