From the C&DA, Hyd., Letter No.AI (2)909/11, dated: 25-11-11. &&& ORDER: In the reference 5th read above, the Commissioner & Director of Agriculture, Hyderabad has informed that there are 40 vacancies of JDAs posts will arise during the panel year 2011-12 (including existing vacancies, anticipated vacancies of JDAs will arise due to retirement up 31-8-12., vacancies that will arise due to promotion of JDAs as Addl. D.As., DDAs retire after getting promotion as JDAs and 10% reserve). Therefore, the C&DA, Hyd., has requested the Govt., to relax the minimum service prescribed in the G.Os 1st and 2nd read above in respect of Deputy Directors of Agriculture, who were not completed in the feeder category for considering promotion to the next higher category ie., Joint Directors of Agriculture under General Rule 10 of APS & SS, 1996 for the panel year 2011-12. 2. Government have observed that none of the DDAs, have completed minimum service in the feeder category as per the names furnished by the C&DA, Hyderabad vide reference 5th cited. In light of the above, Government, after careful examination of the matter, hereby order to invoke Rule-10(a) of the A.P.State & Subordinate Service Rules, 1996 in the exigencies of service in favour of the following (19 ) Deputy Directors of Agriculture, so as to consider them for inclusion in the panel of Deputy Directors of Agriculture fit for promotion as Joint Directors of Agriculture for the panel year 2011-12, if they are otherwise eligible. In such a case they shall commence their probation in the promoted post as per the instructions issued in Government Memo.
