और, यत: केन्द्रीय सरकार यह आवश्यक समझती ह ै दक आध्रं प्रिेि राज्य में पंिीकृत उत्पािकों की अजतररक्त फ्ल ू क्योडड विीजनया तम्बाकू तिा अपंिीकृत उत्पािकों द्वारा उत्पादित फ्ल ू क्योड ड विीजनया तबं ाकू की जबक्री तम्बाकू बोडड के प्राजधकृत नीलामी मंचों से की िाए;

इसजलए, अब, तंबाकू बोडड अजधजनयम, 1975 की धारा 30 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रित्त िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करत े हुए, केंरीय सरकार, एतद्वारा आंध्र प्रिेि राज्य म ें उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 14(ए) की उप-धारा (1) के साि परित धारा 10 की उप-धारा (1) के प्रावधानों के प्रवतडन म ें वर् ड 2025-26 के फसली मौसम म ें फसल की नीलामी के िौरान िनजहत म ें ढील प्रिान करती ह ै तिा पंिीकृत उत्पािकों की अजतररक्त फ्ल ू क्योड ड विीजनया तम्बाकू की पैिावार तिा अपंिीकृत उत्पािकों की अनजधकृत फ्ल ू क्योडड विीजनया तम्बाकू की पैिावार की जबक्री तम्बाकू बोडड द्वारा प्राजधकृत नीलामी मंचों पर करने की अनुमजत प्रिान करती ह।ै [फा. सं. 5/3/2019-ईपी(एग्री-VI)/पार्ड] जनजतन कुमार यािव, अपर सजचव 7344 GI/2026 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (Department of Commerce)

NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 24th September, 2026 S.O. 5262(E).— WHEREAS the Central Government is satisfied that circumstances have arisen rendering it necessary in the public interest, to relax the restrictions imposed by the Tobacco Board Act, 1975 (4 of 1975);

AND WHEREAS, the Central Government considers it necessary in the public interest to dispose of the excess flue cured virginia tobacco of registered growers and unauthorised flue cured virginia tobacco of unregistered growers at the authorised auction platforms of the Tobacco Board in the State of Andhra Pradesh;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 30 of the Tobacco Board Act, 1975, the Central Government in the public interest hereby relaxes the operation of the provisions of sub-section (1) of section 10 read with sub-section (1) of section 14A of the said Act in the State of Andhra Pradesh for the auctions during the crop season 2025-2026, and permits the sale of excess flue cured virginia tobacco of the registered growers and unauthorised flue cured virginia tobacco of the unregistered growers at the auction platforms authorised by the Tobacco Board.

Secy. अजधसचू ना नई दिल्ली, 24 जसतम्बर, 2026 का.आ. 5263(अ).— तंबाकू बोडड अजधजनयम, 1975(4 का 1975) की धारा 20 ए द्वारा प्रित्त िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करते हुए, तंबाकू बोड ड को फसल सीिन 2025-2026 के िौरान आंध्र प्रिेि राज्य में पंिीकृत उत्पािकों द्वारा उत्पादित अजतररक्त फ्ल ू क्यडू ड विीजनया तम्बाकू और अपंिीकृत उत्पािकों द्वारा उत्पादित अप्राजधकृत फ्ल ू क्यूड ड विीजनया तम्बाकू की आंध्र प्रिेि राज्य म ें इसके नीलामी प्लेर्फामों पर नीलामी में तम्बाकू बोडड के पंिीकृत व्यापाररयों और डीलरों को उक्त अजधजनयम के तहत सामान्द्य लागू सेवा प्रभारों के भुगतान पर खरीि की अनुमजत िेन े के जलए प्राजधकृत करती ह।ै [फा. सं. 5/3/2019-ईपी(एग्री-VI)/पार्ड] जनजतन कुमार यािव, अपर सजचव

NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 24th September, 2026 S.O. 5263(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 20A of the Tobacco Board Act, 1975 (4 of

1975), the Central Government hereby authorises the Tobacco Board to allow the registered traders and dealers of the Tobacco Board to purchase at their auction platforms in the State of Andhra Pradesh for the auctions during crop season 2025-2026, the excess flue cured virginia tobacco produced by the registered growers and the unauthorised flue cured virginia tobacco produced by unregistered growers in the State of Andhra Pradesh on the payment of normal applicable service charges under the said Act.
