D K ARUNA: SHRI EATALA RAJENDER: Will the Minister of HEAVY INDUSTRIES be pleased to state: (a) whether the Government has opened an online portal for global and Indian automakers to apply under a new Electric Car Manufacturing Scheme and it is launched to register electric passenger car manufacturers to avail newly launched Scheme to Promote Manufacturing of Electric Passenger Cars in India (SPMEPCI); and (b) if so, the details thereof and the present status of its implementation and funds sanctioned and utilized till date and response received, State-wise including Telangana, Andhra Pradesh and Chhattisgarh and company-wise?
