Ms. No. 1, Home, Prohibition and Excise (III), 4th January 2017, ñ£˜èN 20, ¶¡ºA, F¼õœÀõ˜ ݇´-2047.] No. SRO A-7/2017.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Sections 17-B, 17-C, 17-D, 17-E, 21 and 54 of the Tamil Nadu Prohibition Act, 1937 (Tamil Nadu Act X of 1937), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following amendment to Tamil Nadu Indian-made Foreign Spirits (Manufacture) Rules, 1981:- AMENDMENT In the said Rules, in rule 4, in sub-rule (b), for the expression commencing with the words “treasury receipts” and ending with the words “ten thousand”, the following expression shall be substituted, namely:- “treasury receipts in proof of the payment of an application fee of rupees four thousand, a fee of rupees eight lakhs for the grant of privilege of manufacturing Indian-made foreign spirits and a licence fee of rupees twenty thousand”. Ms. No. 1, Home, Prohibition and Excise (III), 4th January 2017, ñ£˜èN 20, ¶¡ºA, F¼õœÀõ˜ ݇´-2047.] No. SRO A-8/2017.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 17-B, 17-C, 17-D, 17-E, 21 and 54 of the Tamil Nadu Prohibition Act, 1937 (Tamil Nadu Act X of 1937), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following amendment to Tamil Nadu Brewery Rules, 1983:- AMENDMENT In the said Rules, in rule 4, in sub-rule (2), for the expression commencing with the words “treasury receipts” and ending with the words “ten thousand”, the following expression shall be substituted, namely:- “treasury receipts in proof of the payment of an application fee of rupees four thousand, a fee of rupees eight lakhs for the grant of privilege of manufacturing beer and an additional fee of rupees one lakh for the grant of privilege of manufacturing draught beer and a licence fee of rupees twenty thousand". Ms. No. 1, Home, Prohibition and Excise (III), 4th January 2017, ñ£˜èN 20, ¶¡ºA, F¼õœÀõ˜ ݇´-2047.] No. SRO A-9/2017.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 54 of the Tamil Nadu Prohibition Act, 1937 (Tamil Nadu Act X of 1937), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following amendment to Tamil Nadu Mass Wine Rules, 1984:- AMENDMENT In the said Rules, in rule 4, in sub-rule (2), for the expression commencing with the words “treasury receipts” and ending with the words “rupees fifty”, the following expression shall be substituted, namely:- “treasury receipts in proof of the payment of an application fee of rupees two hundred, a fee of rupees twenty thousand for the grant of privilege of manufacturing Mass Wine and a licence fee of rupees hundred”.Feb. 1, 2017] TAMIL NADU GOVERNMENT GAZETTE 31 NOTIFICATION-IV [G.O. Ms. No. 1, Home, Prohibition and Excise (III), 4th January 2017, ñ£˜èN 20, ¶¡ºA, F¼õœÀõ˜ ݇´-2047.] No. SRO A-10/2017.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 54 of the Tamil Nadu Prohibition Act, 1937 (Tamil Nadu Act X of 1937), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following amendments to Tamil Nadu Wine (Manufacture) Rules, 2006:- AMENDMENTS In the said Rules, in rule 4, in sub-rule (2),- (1) in clause (b), for the expression “treasury receipt in proof of payment of an application fee of Rs.2,000 (Rupees Two thousand only)”, the expression “treasury receipt in proof of payment of an application fee of Rs.4,000 (Rupees Four thousand only)” shall be substituted; (2) in clause (c), for the expression commencing with the words “treasury receipt” and ending with the words “Rs.10,000 (Rupees Ten thousand only)”, the following expression shall be substituted, namely:- “treasury receipt in proof of payment of Rs.8,00,000/- (Rupees Eight lakhs only) for the grant of privilege of manufacture of Wine and treasury receipt in proof of payment of a licence fee of Rs.20,000I- (Rupees Twenty thousand only)”.
