(1) इस आदेि का संजक्षप्त नाम संयुक्त राष्ट्र सुरक्षा पररषद के इराक संबंधी संकल्पों का कायाान्ियन संिोधन आदेि, 2023 ह।ै (2) यह रािपत्र म ेंइसके प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रिृत्त होगा। 2. संयुक्त राष्ट्र सुरक्षा पररषद के इराक संबंधी संकल्पों का कायाान्ियन आदेि, 2016 की अनसु ूची के अनुबंध 2 म ें िीषाक "क. व्यजक्त” के अधीन परै ा आईक्यआू ई.030, आईक्यआू ई.032 एि ं आईक्यआू ई.043 और उससे संबंजधत प्रजिजियों का लोप दकया िाएगा। [फा.सं. यू.-II/152/32/2015] प्रकाि गुप्ता, संयुक्त सजचि 2521 GI/2023 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] रिप्पणः—मूल आदेि भारत के रािपत्र, असाधारण, भाग 2, खंड 3, उपखंड (ii) म ें अजधसूचना संखयांक का.आ. 2272(अ), तारीख 01 िुलाई, 2016 द्वारा प्रकाजित दकया गया र्ा और अंजतम बार अजधसूचना संखयांक का.आ. 4759 (अ) तारीख 6 अक्तूबर, 2022 द्वारा संिोजधत दकया गया र्ा। MINISTRY OF EXTERNAL AFFAIRS ORDER New Delhi, the 18th April, 2023 S.O. 1771(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the United Nations (Security Council) Act, 1947 (43 of 1947), the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Implementation of the United Nations Security Council Resolutions on Iraq Order, 2016, namely:- 1. (1) This Order may be called the Implementation of the United Nations Security Council Resolutions on Iraq Amendment Order, 2023. (2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In the Implementation of the United Nations Security Council Resolutions on Iraq Order, 2016, in the Schedule, in Annexure 2, under the heading “A. Individuals”, paragraphs IQi.030, IQi.032 and IQi.043 and the entries relating thereto shall be omitted. [F. No. U.-II/152/32/2015] PRAKASH GUPTA, Jt. Secy.
