New Delhi, the 26th June, 2023
S.O. 2771(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the United Nations (Security Council)
Act, 1947 (43 of 1947), the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the
Implementation of the United Nations Security Council Resolutions on Somalia and Eritrea Order, 2016, namely :-
1. (1) This Order may be called the Implementation of the United Nations Security Council Resolutions on Somalia
and Eritrea (Amendment) Order, 2023.
(2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Implementation of the United Nations Security Council Resolutions on Somalia and Eritrea Order, 2016, in
the Schedule, in Annexure 5, under the heading “A. Individuals”, after the entry “SOi.021”, the following entry shall
be inserted, namely:-
