No. SEBI/LAD-NRO/GN/2018/54.—Securities and Exchange Board of India had, vide notification bearing
Number SEBI/LAD-NRO/GN/2017-18/019 dated September 26, 2017, granted renewal of recognition to “National
Securities Clearing Corporation Ltd.” under section 4 read with sub-section (4) of section 8A of the Securities Contracts
(Regulation) Act, 1956 for a period of three years commencing on the 3rd day of October, 2017 and ending on the 2nd
day of October, 2020.
Pursuant to renaming of “National Securities Clearing Corporation Limited” as “National Clearing Limited”, as certified
by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai, with effect from the 1st day of August 2018, the name “National Securities
Clearing Corporation Limited” in the said notification stands substituted with the name “NSE Clearing Limited.”
