NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 27th October, 2026 S.O. 5796(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the Seeds Act, 1966 (54 of 1966), the Central Government, after consultation with the Committee, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, Department of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-Section (ii), vide number S.O. 2128(E), dated the 13th May, 2025, namely: - In the said notification, in the Table, -
(i) against serial number 88, in column (4), for the existing entry, the following entry shall be substituted,
namely:- “Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Bihar, Jammu, Punjab, Haryana and Delhi”.
(ii) against serial number 107, in column (3), for the existing entry, the following entry shall be substituted,

NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 27th October, 2026 S.O. 5803(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the Seeds Act, 1966 (54 of 1966), the Central Government, after consultation with the Committee, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, Department of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-Section (ii), vide number S.O. 122(E), dated the 2th February, 2005, namely: - In the said notification, in the Table, against serial number 53, in column (3), for the existing entry, the following entry shall be substituted, namely:- “DH-1”.
