53 and 54 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and
Resettlement Act, 2013 ( 30 of 2013), in it’s application to the State of Maharashtra, the Government
of Maharashtra in consultation with the Chief Justice of Bombay High Court, hereby, appoints
Shri. Subhash Sheshrao Gulhane, Retired District Judge, as the Presiding Officer of the Land
Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Authority at Amravati, for a term of three years from
the date on which he enters upon his office or until he attains the age of sixty-five years, whichever
is earlier.
