of the Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the Competent Authority is pleased to appoint Sh. Prashant Prakash,
Advocate as Special Public Prosecutor to represent the State before the Ld. Trial Court as well as Hon’ble High Court
of Delhi in the matter of case FIR No. 19/26 dated, 20.02.2026 U/121(1)/132/ 195(1)/221/223(A)/190/
191(1)/192/196/197/61(2)/3(5) BNS PS, Tilak Marg, New Delhi (Now investigated by ISC/Crime Branch, Delhi) on
the following fee structure as proposed by Delhi Police vide their letter dated 09.03.2026:-
