section 18 of the Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the Competent Authority is pleased to
appoint Sh. Zoheb Hossain, Ld. Advocate, as Special Public Prosecutor to represent the state in
case FIR NO. 65/2026, dated 24.03.26, U/s 420/477-A/120B IPC, PS EOW, Delhi for appearing
in Ld. Trial Court, District Courts as well as Hon'ble Delhi High Court in all the matters arising
out of this case on the following fee structure as proposed by Delhi Police vide their letter dated
12.05.2026:-
