NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 23rd December, 2020
1. ICSI No. 01 of December, 2020—CS Siddhartha Murarka member of the13thCouncil of the
Institute of Company Secretaries of India, elected from the Eastern India Regional Constituency has
tendered his resignation from the membership of the Council of the Institute of Company Secretaries of
India.
2. Pursuant to the resignation of CS Siddhartha Murarka from the membership of the Council, the seat
held by him shall become vacant from the date of publication of this Notification in the Official Gazette in
terms of sub-section (1) of Section 13 of the Company Secretaries Act, 1980 ( No. 56 of 1980).
