No. 8(2)/2015/L&B/LA/155.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub Rule (1) of Rule 4 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement (Social Impact, Assessment and Consent) Rules, 2014, read with the Government of India, Ministry of Home Affair’s Notification No. S.O. 2740(E) dated 21st October 2014, and S.O. 2004(E) dated 21st July 2015, the Lieutenant Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi, is pleased to assign the School of Human Ecology, Ambedkar University Delhi, Lothian Road, Kashmere Gate, Delhi-110006 which was identified as Social Impact Assessment Unit vide Notification No. F. 8/2/9/2015/L&B/LA/2373 dated 13th June 2017 to carry out Social Impact Assessment Study and to prepare Social Impact Assessment report for construction of elevated road over Barapullah Nallah starting from Sarai Kale Khan to Mayur Vihar, (Barapullah phase III), in revenue village of Nagli Razapur, South East Revenue District. The School of Human Ecology, Ambedkar University Delhi, Lothian Road, Kashmere Gate, Delhi-110006 shall carry out the Social Impact Assessment study as per the provisions of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 within a period of six months from the date of publication of this notification in the official gazette.
