GNCTD hereby makes the following amendments to Delhi Solar Energy Policy 2023. (1) This may be called the Delhi Solar Energy Policy 2023 (First amendment). If consumer installs the Rooftop solar outside PMSG, the State capital subsidy will also be applicable to eligible consumers. The State subsidy will be transferred through DBT to eligible consumers. In this case, the consumers will provide the details on Delhi Solar portal. The details of the consumers shall, be taken from Delhi Solar portal. If Discom will act as a RESCO player, then State capital subsidy will be given to Discom after Net meter installation and submission of claim by Discom.
