of the Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the Competent Authority is pleased to appoint Sh. Akhand Pratap
Singh, Advocate as Special Public Prosecutor to represent the Delhi Police before the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi as
well as Ld. Trial in FIR No. 629/24 u/s 103(1)/3(5)/61(2)/249 BNS & 25/27 Arms Act, Police Station Farsh Bazar
(now being investigated at PS Special Cell/CI), Delhi on the following fee structure as proposed by Delhi Police vide
their letter dated 24.05.2025:-
