Sh. Akhand Pratap Singh, Advocate as Special Public Prosecutor to represent the State before the Ld. Trial
Court as well before the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi in the matter of case FIR No.455/2024, U/s
8C/20/21/22/25/27A/29 NDPS Act & 238 (B) BNS, P.S. Special Cell, New Delhi on the following fee
structure as proposed by Delhi Police vide their letter dated 01.07.2025:-
