Sree Chitra Tirunal Institute for Medical Sciences and Technology Trivandrurn with the previous approval of the Central Government hereby makes the following regulations to amend the Sree Chitra Tirunal Institute for Medical Sciences and Technology Trivandrum Regulations

अथावत –
1. (1) इन जिजनयमों का संजिप्त नाम श्री जित्रा जतरुनाल आयुर्विज्ञान और प्रौद्योजगकी संस्ट्थान, जत्रिेन्दरम(संिोधन)
जिजनयम 2019 ह ।
(2) य ेरािपत्र में प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रिृत्त होंग े।
2. श्री जित्रा जतरुनाल आयुर्विज्ञान और प्रौद्योजगकी संस्ट्थान, जत्रिेन्दरम(संिोधन) जिजनयम 1981 की तीसरी अनुसूिी
में –
(क) प रा 9 म ें
(i) खंड (क) म ें “1700 रु प्रजत मास” अिर, िब्दों और अंकों के स्ट्थान पर “144200 रुपय े प्रजत मास “

Trivandrum, the 27th, December, 2019
No.P&A.I/REGULATION/AMDT/SCTIMST/2017,—In exercise of the powers
conferred by sub-section (I) of the section 32 of the Sree Chitra Tirunal Institute for Medical
Sciences and Technology, Trivandrurn, Act, 1980 (52 of 1980) read with sub-section (2) thereof,
the Sree Chitra Tirunal Institute for Medical Sciences and Technology, Trivandrurn, with the
previous approval of the Central Government, hereby makes the following regulations to amend
the Sree Chitra Tirunal Institute for Medical Sciences and Technology, Trivandrum Regulations,
1981, namely:-
1.(1) These regulations may be called the Sree Chitra Tirunal Institute for Medical Science and
Technology, Trivandrum (Amendment) Regulations, 2019.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Sree Chitra Tirunal Institute for Medical Science and Technology; Trivandrum
Regulations, 1981, in Schedule III,-
(a) in paragraph 9,
(i) In clause (a), for the letters and figures "Rs.l 700 p.m.", the letters, figures and
words "Rs. I ,44,200 per month" shall be substituted;
(ii) In clause (b), for the letters, figures and words" Rs.1700 per month", the letters,
figures and words "Rs.l,44,200 per month" shall be substituted;
(b) in paragraph 12, the words, letters and figures", and where the total amount of the contract does
not exceed Rs.2,00,000" occurring at the end shall be omitted,
