The undersigned is directed to refer the above OM regarding the Standard
Operating Procedure (SOP for updation of data layers on the PM GatiShakti
National Master Ptan (NMP) portat and state that in supersession of OM dated
05.06.2023, the comprehensive revised sOP is attached herewith.

The SOP outlines the structure, attributes, and data-sharing mechanisms for
various road transport infrastructure layers managed by the Ministry, inctuding
periodic updates. Annexure-l Comprises MoRT&H Data Layers Avaitabte on the
GatiShakti Portat. Annexure-ll contains Symbotogy of Attied lnfrastructure based on
Project Status and Annexure-lll detaits the Data Update Mechanism & Portal Layers
Structure.

The objective of this SOP is to ensure seamtess and timety integration of
retevant datasets with the NMP ptatform through APls and standard data protocots,
thereby enabting improved ptanning, monitoring, and i nter'mi nisteriaI coordination
