Courts and Judges – District Judge – Thiru N.Kothandaraj, Promotee District Judge of Tamil Nadu State Judicial Service – Deputation from Tamil Nadu State Judicial Service to the Government of Puducherr -- In exercise of the power conferred by clause (1) of Article 222 of the Constitution of India, the President, after consultation with the Chief Justice of India, is pleased to transfer Shri Justice Shriram Kalpathi Rajendran, Chief Justice of the Madras High Court, to be Chief Justice of the Rajasthan High Court and direct him to assume charge of his office in the Rajasthan High Court. -- In exercise of the power conferred by clause (1) of Article 222 of the Constitution of India, the President, after consultation with the Chief Justice of India, is pleased to transfer Shri Justice Vivek Kumar Singh, Judge, Madras High Court, to be a Judge of Madhya Pradesh High Court and to direct him to assume charge of his office in the Madhya Pradesh High Court. -- In exercise of the power conferred by clause (1) of Article 222 of the Constitution of India, the President, after consultation with the Chief Justice of India, is pleased to transfer Shri Justice Battu Devanand, Judge, Madras High Court, to be a Judge of Andhra Pradesh High Court and to direct him to assume charge of his office in the Andhra Pradesh High Court.
