Whereas it appear to the appropriate Government that a total of 948 Sq.Mtrs of land is required in the Vadaperumbakkam and Puzhal Village in Madhavaram
Taluk for public purpose, namely Construction of Bridge across Puzhal Surplus Canal under Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition,

No families are likely to be displaced due to the acquisition of 948 Sq.Mtrs of land Division -17, Zone- II in Vadaperumbakkam Village for the above said
project. In any way the Special District Revenue Officer, Highways Department is appointed as Administrator for the purpose of rehabilitation and resettlement

This notification is made under sub-section (1) of section 11 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land acquisition, Rehabilitation and
Resettlement Act, 2013 (Central Act 30 of 2013), to all whom it may concern.
A plan of the land may be inspected in the office of the Collector and Special District Revenue Officer (Land Acquisition and Management), Highways,
Guindy, Chennai-25 on any working day during the working hours.
The Government is pleased to authorize Special District Revenue Officer (Land Acquisition and Management), Highways, Guindy, Chennai-25 and his
staff to enter upon a survey land, take levels of any land, dig or bore into the sub-soil and do all other acts required for the proper execution of their work
as provided and specified in section 12 of the said Act.
Under sub-section (4) of section 11 of the said Act, no person shall make any transaction or cause any transaction of land i.e. sale/purchase, etc., or
create any encumbrances on such land from the date of publication of this notification in the Tamil Nadu GovernementGazettee without prior approval of the
Collector.
Objection to the acquisition, if any, may be filed by the person interested within 60 (Sixty) days from the date of publication of this notification in the
Tamilnadu Government Gazette as provided under section 15 of the said Act before the Collector.
