This year, the campaign is being celebrated under the theme 'Swachhotsav', culminating in the observance of Swachh Bharat Diwas on 2nd October 2025, to commemorate the birth anniversary of Father of Nation Mahatma Gandhi. 2. As part of the official commencement of the campaign, Secretary, DARPG administered the Swachhata Pledge to all officers and staff of the Department on 24th September 2025, reiterating the collective commitment to sanitation and hygiene. 3.
