of the Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Act, 2014 (7 of
2014) read with rule 11 and sub–rule (3) of rule 16 of the Maharashtra Street Vendors (Protection
of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) (Maharashtra) Rules, 2016, as per order letter of
Urban Development Department No. BMC-2522/pr.kr.250/navi-21, Date 5/3/2024 and of all other
powers enabling it in that behalf, the Government of Maharashtra hereby constitutes the “Town
Vending Committee for Nagarpanchayat of the City of Maregaon, Dist. Yawatmal” consisting of the
following members, namely:—
(a) Members nominated by the Government.
