No. PL(APP)/GR.A/2025/2758–4322.—Whereas, Smt. Waishali S. Waghmare and Miss Sharayu
Pandurang Khot, Personal Assistants to the Hon’ble Judges, were promoted to the posts of ‘Private
Secretary to the Hon’ble Judge’ in recaderisation w.e.f. 2nd May 2017 vide High Court Notification
dated 27th January 2025 referred above. On the said date they were not completed their probation
period. For grant of promotion completion of period of probation is necessary.
Therefore, in partial modification in the High Court Notification dated 27th January 2025
referred above at Sr. No.2 in respect of Personal Assistants to the Hon’ble Judges at Sr. Nos. 11 &
13 in Part-V the following order has been passed:—
Smt. Waishali S. Waghmare and Miss Sharayu Pandurang Khot, Personal Assistants to
the Hon’ble Judges, at Sr. Nos. 11 & 13 respectively in Part-V of High Court Notification dated
27th January 2025 are hereby promoted on the post of ‘Private Secretary to the Hon’ble Judge’ in
recaderisation w.e.f. 18th September 2017 and 1st October 2017, respectively, i.e. after completion
of their probation period on the post of Personal Assistant instead of w.e.f. 2nd May 2017 on the
establishment of the High Court, Appellate Side, Bombay.

(iii) High Court Notification No. PL(APP)/ PROB/GR.A/7560/2024 dated18.12.2024 thereby
extending probation period of S/Shri Jadhav, Ghuge & Dilwale due to leave record and
unsatisfactory performance, during the probation period.
(iv) High Court Notification No. PL(APP)/ PROB./GR.A/7559/2024, dated 18.12.2024 thereby
extending probation period of Smt. Kambli due to leave record, during the probation
period.
No. PL(APP)/PROB./GR.A/2627/2025-4120. — The following Personal Assistants to the Hon’ble
Judges have completed their probation period satisfactorily and they are continued on an officiating
basis as “Personal Assistant to the Hon’ble Judge”, with effect from the date mentioned against their
names in Col. No. 6.

No. PL(APP)/GR.A/2025/2757 - 4325. — Whereas, Shri Satish Aher, Private Secretary to the
Hon’ble Judge, High Court of Bombay at Goa (at Sr. No. 69 of Part-IV of High Court Notification
dated 27th January 2025) was promoted as ‘Senior Private Secretary to the Hon’ble Judge’ w.e.f. 1st
January 2012 in recaderisation on the establishment of the High Court of Bombay at Goa, vide above
referred notification dated 27th January 2025. After re-verification and going through the records,
it is noticed that Shri Aher was working as ‘Private Secretary to the Hon’ble Judge’ w.e.f. 15th April
2009 till 30th June 2015 on ad-hoc basis. He reverted to his original post of ‘Personal Assistant’ w.e.f.
30th June 2015 (AOH) and again promoted on the post of ‘Private Secretary to the Hon’ble Judge’
w.e.f. 2nd July 2015 on regular basis. The employee working on ad-hoc basis cannot be considered
for promotion to the next post. Hence, Shri Aher is not eligible for promotion to the post of Senior
Private Secretary w.e.f. 1st January 2012 in recaderisation, considering his ad-hoc and temporary
appointment on the post of Private Secretary.
Therefore, in partial modification to the High Court Notification dated 27the January 2025
referred above at Sr. No. 2 in respect of Private Secretary to the Hon’ble Judge at Sr. No.69 of Part-V
of Notification dated 27th January 2025 following order has been passed :-
‘‘ The promotion granted to Shri Satish Aher, Private Secretary to the Hon’ble Judge’ to the
post of ‘Senior Private Secretary to the Hon’ble Judge’ w.e.f. 1st January 2012 in recaderisation on
the establishment of the High Court of Bombay at Goa, is hereby withdrawn.’’
‘‘Resultantly, Ms. Andreza Pereira, Private Secretary, High Court of Bombay at Goa,(at Sr. No.
70 of Part-IV of High Court Notification dated 27th January 2025) is hereby promoted on the post
of Senior Private Secretary w.e.f. 31st December 2014 (i.e. from the next date of her promotion as
Private Secretary to the Hon’ble Judge) instead of 14th January 2019 on the establishment of the
High Court of Bombay at Goa, in recaderisation.’’

of appointment of Shri Manoj Janardhan Wakle, as Personal Assistant to the Hon’ble
Judge, on the establishment of the High Court, Appellate Side, Bombay, on probation
for a period of two years.
No. PL(APP)/PROB./GR.A/2653/2025-4336. — The following Personal Assistants to the Hon’ble
Judge working on the establishment of High Court, Appellate Side, Bombay, have completed their
probation period satisfactorily and they are continued on an officiating basis on the post of ‘‘Personal
Assistant to the Hon’ble Judge’’, with effect from the dates mentioned against their names in Col.
