The existing sub rule (1)(b) of Rule 5 of the Tamil Nadu Mediation Rules, 2010 shall be substituted as follows: “(b) Legal practitioners with atleast 10 years’ standing at the Bar at the level of the Supreme Court or the High Court or the District Court of equivalent status.” It is further notified that any suggestion or objection to the abovesaid draft amendment may be forwarded to the undersigned within 30 days of the initial publication of this amendment.
