AMENDMENT In the said Regulations, in ANNEXURE-D, in the Recruitment Rules for the post of Junior Assistant/ Cashier under TAMIL NADU LABOUR WELFARE BOARD SUBORDINATE SERVICE, for items against the entry “(iii) Mode of Recruitment”, the following shall be substituted, namely:- [“1. By promotion from among the holders of the post of Record clerk, if they possess required qualifications, namely, Pass in S.S.L.C. or equivalent examination and also the satisfactory service of not less than seven years in their respective category; and 2. By recruitment by transfer from among the holders of the posts of Office Assistant, Watchman, Gardener and Conductress in the Child Care Centre of the Board as per the seniority not exceeding 20% of the vacancies if they possess required qualification namely, pass in S.S.L.C. or equivalent examination and also the satisfactory service of not less than seven years in their respective category.
