समट एक मू न सट्रक, ससटव ोबल एआई इकोसस्टम के नमाण म अहम भूमका नभाएगा।

हम इतहास पर नजर डाल, तो पता चलता ह क इंसान ने हर disruption को एक नए अवसर म बदला ह। आज हमार
सामने फर ऐसा ही अवसर आया ह। हम मलकर इस disruption को मानवता के सबस े बड़ अवसर के रूप म बदल दना
ह।

भारत बुद्ध क धरती ह और भगवान बुद्ध न े कहा था- Right Action Comes from Right Understanding. इसलए
यह बहुत आवश्यक ह क हम साथ मलकर ऐसा रोडमैप बनाएं, जससे एआई का सही इंपैक्ट दखे, और सही इंपैक्ट तभी
आता ह, जब हम सही समय पर, सही नयत से, सही नणय लेत े ह।

वैक्सीनेशन ेटफाम था, उसन े करोड़ लोग को समय पर वैक्सीनेट करान े म बहुत मदद क। हमार UPI ने उन मुल
परतय म भी यह सुनत कया क लोग आसानी स े ऑनलाइन ट्रांजैक्शन करते रह। UPI ने भारत म डजटल
डवाइड को ूर करन े म भी बहुत बड़ी भूमका नभाई ह। बीत े वष म भारत न े एक वाइट डजटल पब्लक इंास्ट्रक्चर
बनाया ह, हम इस े ुनया के साथ भी शेयर कर रह ह। क हमार लए टोलॉजी पावर का नह, ब सेवा का
माध्यम ह, पावर नह एंपावर करना। एआई क दशा भी ऐसी होनी चाहए, जससे पूरी मानवता का काण हो।

अतीत म टोलॉजी ने डवीजन एट कए, लेकन वतमान म एआई टोलॉजी सबके लए सुलभ हो, सबक पहुचं म हो,
ये हमारा लक्ष्य होना चाहए। इसलए आज जब हम एआई के ूचर पर चचा कर रह ह, तो हम ोबल साउथ क
आकांाओ ंऔर प्राथमकताओ ंको भी एआई गवनस के कद्र म रखना होगा।

युग चाह कोई भी रहा हो, एथक्स हमेशा ही चचा के कद्र म रहा ह, अंतर बस इतना आया ह क पहल े अन-एथकल
बह वयर का दायरा बहुत छोटा होता था, लेकन एआई म इसका दायरा असीमत ह, अनलमटड ह। इसलए, एआई के
लए हम एथकल बह वयर और नॉ का दायरा भी असीमत बनाना होगा। एआई कंपनय के सामन े बहुत बड़ी जेदारी
ह, प्रॉफट के साथ-साथ purpose पर भी फोकस हो, ऐसे एथकल कमटमट क बहुत आवश्यकता ह। व्यगत स्तर पर
एआई हमारी लनग, इंटलजस और इमोशंस को प्रभावत कर रही ह।
Excellencies,एआई के एथकल उपयोग के लए मेर तीन सुझाव ह। फस्ट- Data Sovereignty को रस्पेक्ट करत े हुए एआई ट्रनग के
लए एक डटा े मवक बने। जैसे एआई म कहा जाता ह- गाबज इन, गाबज आउट। अगर डटा सुरत, संतुलत,
वश्वसनीय नह होगा, तो आउटपुट भी भरोसेमंद नह होगा। इसलए, ोबल ट्रस्टेड डटा े मवक जरूरी ह। सेकंड- एआई
ेटफाम अपन े सेी रूल्स बहुत यर और ट्रांसपेरट रख, हम ब्लैक बॉक्स के बदल े ास बॉक्स अप्रोच चाहए, जहां
सेी रूल्स दख, और वेरीफाई कए जा सके, तब अकाउंटबलटी भी यर होगी और बजनेस म एथकल बह वयर को
भी बूस्ट मलेगा। थड- एआई रसच म पेपर प प्रॉब्लम का उदाहरण दया जाता ह। अगर कसी मशीन को सफ पेपर
प बनान े का लक्ष्य द दया जाए, तो वह उसका एक काम के लए ुनया के सार रसोसज को दांव पर लगाकर भी वही
काम करती रहग ी। इसलए, एआई को यर मू न वैूस और गाइडस क जरूरत ह। टोलॉजी पावरफुल ह लेकन
डायरक्श न हमेशा मानव ही तय करग ा।

आटफशयल इंटलजस, एआई क ोबल जन म एस्परश नल इंडया एआई क बड़ी भूमका ह, और अपने इस दायत्व
को समझत े हुए भारत आज बड़ कदम उठा रहा ह। अपने एआई मशन के माध्यम से आज भारत म 38,000 GPUs मौजूद
ह, और अगले 6 महीन म हम 24,000 GPUs और लगान े जा रह ह। हम अपने स्टाटअप्स को बहुत ही अफोडबल रट ्स पर
व ास कंूटग पावर उपलब्ध करा रह ह। हमन े एक एआई कोस्ट भी बनाया ह, इसके माध्यम स े seventy five
hundred स े अधक डटा सेट्स और 270 एआई मॉडल्स को नेशनल रसोस के रूप म शेयर कया गया ह।

एआई को लेकर भारत क दशा स्पष्ट ह, भारत का वचार स्पष्ट ह। एआई पूरी मानवता क भलाई के लए एक शेयड
रसोस ह। हम मलकर ऐसा एआई ूचर बनाना होगा, जो इनोवेशन को आगे बढ़ाएं, इंूजन को मजबूत कर और मू न
वैूज का समावेश करके आग े बढ़। जब टोलॉजी और मू न ट्रस्ट साथ-साथ चलग,े तो एआई का सही इंपैक्ट ुनया
पर दखेगा।
