G-7 समट म हमार गमजोशी भर ागत के लए म राष्ट्रपत मै का हादक आभार व्यक्त करता ँ।

आज का वश्व पहल े स े कह अधक inter-connected और inter-dependent ह। कसी भी दश क ऊजा सुरक्षा,
खाद्य सुरक्षा, ास्थ्य सुरक्षा, साइबर सुरक्षा और आथक समृ केवल उसक सीमाओ ंके भीतर तय नह होती। Mobility,
data, capital, technology, य े सभी हम आपस म जोड़ते ह।
ऐसे समय म Partnerships का महत्व ाभावक रूप से बढ़ जाता ह। लेकन साझेदारया ँ तभी सफल होती ह जब उनके
कद्र म वश्वास हो। आज सबसे महत्वपूण Strategic Asset कोई mineral, technology या market नह, ब
आपसी वश्वास ह।
वश्वास क टॉलजी और supply chains को हथयार के रूप म नह, global good के लए इेमाल कया जाएगा।
वश्वास क वकास के अवसर कुछ दश तक सीमत नह रहग े। वश्वास क वैश्वक संान सभी दश क आकांक्षाओं
को पूरा करन े म सक्षम हगे।

पछली सदी म मानवता को दो वश्व यु स े गुज़रना पड़ा। अनेक बलदान के बाद वश्व समुदाय ने शांत, रता और
समृ क ओर बढ़ने के लए व्यवाएं वकसत क। इन व्यवाओ ंका आधार भी trust ही था।
कु अनेक दशक से, अनेक पीढ़य के योगदान स े बनाए गए वश्वास को आज चोट पहुँच रही ह। कोवड ने हम आईना
दखाया क trust और solidarity के दावे कतन े खोखल े थे।
Today the world does not suffer from a shortage of resources; it suffers from a shortage of trust.
And the future of our partnerships depends on building this trust.
अमेरका के राष्ट्रपत रोनल्ड रग न ने कहा था: Trust but Verify. यह आज के समय म भी प्रासंगक ह। भावी पीढ़य के
प्रत हमारा दायत्व ह क हम नए युग के अनुरूप trusted rules based order का नमाण कर।

भारत न े सदव वश्व को एक परवार के रूप म दखा ह। हमार सभी प्रयास “सवजन हताय, सवजन सुखाय” यान, welfare
and happiness for all के मूल सांत पर आधारत रह ह।भारत का अनुभव दखाता ह क वकास सबसे अधक प्रभावी तब होता ह जब वह लोग क आकांक्षाओ ंसे जुड़ा हो। यही
सांत हमारी अतं रराष्ट्रीय साझेदारय का भी आधार ह। इसी सोच के साथ भारत ने International Solar Alliance,
Coalition for Disaster Resilient Infrastructure, ोबल बायोूल्स एलायंस, Mission LiFE, और “एक पेड़
माँ के नाम” जैसी वैश्वक पहल को आग े बढ़ाया ह।
संकट के समय भारत ने First Responder के रूप म सभी दश क सहायता करना अपना दायत्व समझा ह। कोवड
महामारी के दौरान भारत न े डढ़ सौ से अधक दश को दवाइयाँ और vaccines उपलब्ध कराईं।
ीलंका म cyclone हो, अफगानान म भूकंप हो, मोज़ाक म floods ह, या ूबा और जमैका म hurricane,
भारत ने सदव "Humanity First" के सांत पर काय कया ह। हमारी वकास साझेदारया ँ भी इसी भावना को प्रतबबत
करती ह। हमार प्रयास पाटनर दश म capacity building और कौशल वकास पर केत रह ह।
भारत का मानना ह: The true test of partnership is not what we build for others, but what we enable
others to build for themselves.

आज ोबल साउथ क वश्व समुदाय से बहुत उीद ह। कु उनक अपेक्षा सहार क नह, साथ क ह। वे वैश्वक
वकास के लाभाथ नह, उसके भागीदार बनना चाहते ह।
हम donor–recipient क सोच से आग े बढ़कर, equal पाटनस के रूप म काम करना होगा। उनके पास-पास नह, साथ-
साथ चलना होगा। साझेदारी को dependency के बजाय, dignity स े जोड़ना होगा। इन प्रयास स े हम भावी पीढ़य के
सतत वकास क मजबूत नव रख सकगे।

अतं रराष्ट्रीय साझेदारयाँ और वैश्वक एकजुटता तभी साथक बन सकती ह, जब हम साझा चुनौतय का मलकर समाधान
कर। भारत का दृढ वश्वास ह क वश्व के वभन्न ह म चल रह तनाव और यु का ायी समाधान dialogue,
diplomacy और अतं रराष्ट्रीय सहयोग के माग स े ही संभव ह।
हम west asia म शांत प्रयास म हुई प्रगत का ागत करते ह। इस संघष स े west asia म हमार मत्र दश को जान-
माल का नुकसान झेलना पड़ा ह। होमुज़ स्ट म maritime ड म आई बाधा के कारण पूर वश्व क अथव्यवा को
नुकसान पहुचं ा। भारत के कई civilians को जान गंवानी पड़ी। Global maritime ड के माध्यम से सभी दश को आपस
म जोड़ने वाले नावक क सुरक्षा हमारा दायत्व ह। हम यह सुनत करना होगा क समुद्री माग सुरक्षत रह, और
Seafarers बना भय के अपना काय कर सक।
