बाद, एक महीन े के भीतर ही उनका भारत आना, और एक high-level delegation समेत कई business leaders के
साथ आना, यह स्पष्ट करता ह क व े भारत-वयतनाम संबंध को कतनी प्राथमकता दते ह।
इतना ही नह, उन े भारत यात्रा क शुरुआत, बोध गया स े क ह। यह हमार दोन दश क साझा सभ्यतागत और
आध्याक परपं रा को दशाता ह। उनक इस यात्रा और हमारी साथक चचाओ ं स,े हम अपनेआपसी good-will को कई
ठोस परणाम म बदल रह ह।

भारत और वयतनाम क साझेदारी म, वरासत और वकास - दोन का महत्व ह। पछले वष, जब भारत से बौद्ध अवशेष
वयतनाम गए, तो उनके दशन, डढ़ करोड़ से अधक, यान पूर वयतनाम क पाुलैशन के 15 पसन्ट लोग ने कया था।
हमारी साझा वरासत को जीवंत रखने के लए, हम वयतनाम के प्राचीन चा सभ्यता के मी सॉन और ान टवर मंदर का
रस्ट ोरश न कर रह ह। अब हम चा सभ्यता क manuscripts को digitalize करग ,े और इस अमूल्य धरोहर को आने
वाली पीढ़य के लए संरत करग े।

एक दशक पहल,े मेरी वयतनाम यात्रा के दौरान, वयतनाम आसयान म, भारत का पहला Comprehensive Strategic
Partner बना था। तब स,े हमार संबंध न े तेज़ और ापक प्रगत क ह। Civilizational ties के साथ-साथ, हमार
Trade, technology और tourism संबंध भी और मजबूत हुए ह।
इस मजबूत नव पर आग े बढ़ते हुए, आज हम अपने संबंध को Enhanced Comprehensive Strategic
Partnership के स्तर पर ले जा रह ह। अब हम अपनी साझेदारी को और ऊँच े ल क ओर अग्रसर करग े। Culture,

भारत और वयतनाम का बाइलैटरल ट्रड, पछल े एक दशक म डबल होकर 16 बलयन डॉलर तक पहुँच चुका ह। 2030
तक इसे 25 बलयन डॉलर तक पहुचं ान े के लए हमने आज कई महत्वपूण नणय लए ह। हमारी ड्रग अथॉरटीज़ के बीच
MOU से अब भारत क दवाइय का वयतनाम म एक्सेस बढ़गा। भारत के एग्रीकल्चर, फशरीज़ और एनमल प्रोडक्ट्स का
भी, वयतनाम तक एक्सपोट और सुगम होन े जा रहा ह। बहुत जल्द, वयतनाम भारत के अंगूर और अनार का ाद लेगा,
और हम वयतनाम के डरयन और पोमेलो का।
इतना ही नह, हमन े भारत-आसयान ट्रड एग्रीमट "आईटगा” को वष के अंत तक अपडट करन े पर भी सहमत बनाई ह।
इसस े भारत और आसयान के सभी दश के बीच, ट्रड और इनवेस्टमट को नई ऊजा मलेगी। टकल मनरल्स, रअ र अथ
और एनज सहयोग म नई पहल से, हम दोन दश क इकोनॉमक सोरटी और साई चैन रज़ल्यन्स सुनत
करग े।

कनेक्टवटी और कपैसटी बग, हमारी पाट्नशप के अहम स्तंभ ह। हम बहुत खुशी ह क दोन दश के बीच एयर
