This document details the Andhra Pradesh Reorganisation Amendment Act, 2014 (No. 19 of 2014), which received Presidential assent on July 17, 2014, and is effective from May 29, 2014. The Act amends the Andhra Pradesh Reorganisation Act, 2014 (6 of 2014), specifically concerning the definition of Khammam.
**Key Amendments:**
* **Section 3 Amendment:** Modifies the geographical definition of Khammam. The original text excluded specific revenue villages detailed in G.O.Ms.No. 111. * **Repeal and Saving:** The Andhra Pradesh Reorganisation Amendment Ordinance, 2014 (Ord. 4 of 2014) is repealed. However, any actions taken under the Andhra Pradesh Reorganisation Act, 2014, as amended by the repealed Ordinance, are validated and considered to have been taken under the amended Act.
