BE it enacted by Parliament in the Sixty-sixth Year of the Republic of India as follows:— 1. This Act may be called the Appropriation (Railways) No. 2 Act, 2015. Short title. 2. From and out of the Consolidated Fund of India there may be paid and applied sums Issue of Rs. not exceeding those specified in column 3 of the Schedule amounting in the aggregate 377237,91,80,000 out of the [inclusive of the sums specified in column 3 of the Schedule to the Appropriation (Railways) Consolidated Vote on Account Act, 2015] to the sum of three lakh seventy-seven thousand two hundred Fund of India thirty-seven crores, ninety-one lakh and eighty thousand rupees towards defraying the for the several charges which will come in course of payment during the financial year 2015-16, in financial year 2015-16. respect of the services relating to Railways specified in column 2 of the Schedule. 3.
