New Delhi, the 15th May, 2015
S.O. 1320(E).–In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 13 of the Homoeopathy
Central Council Act, 1973 (59 of 1973), the Central Government, after consulting the Central Council of Homoeopathy,
hereby makes the following further amendments in the Second Schedule to the said Act, namely :—
In the said Second Schedule, under the heading “PUNJAB”, in serial number 30C, for the entries at (ii), (iii) and
(iv) under columns (2), (3) and (4), the following entries shall respectively be substituted, namely,—
