G.S.R. 714 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (c) of sub- section (1) read with sub-section (6) of
Section 3 of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963), the Central Government hereby appoints Shri B. Krishnamoorthy,
Deputy Secretary, Ministry of Shipping to be a trustee on the Board of Trustees of the Mormugao Port Trust up to 31.03.2016
in place of Shri Ashwani Kumar, Director who was appointed vide G.S.R. No. 548(E), dated 30.07.2014 on the Board of
Trustees of the Mormugao Port Trust.
2. The said appointment shall come into force from the date of publication of the Notification in the Gazette of India.
