G.S.R. 715 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (c) of sub- section (1) read with sub-section (6) of
Section 3 of the Major Port Trusts Act 1963 (38 of 1963), the Central Government hereby appoints Shri Dinesh Kumar,
Deputy Secretary, Ministry of Shipping to be a trustee on the Board of Trustees of the Kandla Port Trust up to 31.03.2016
in place of Sambit Tripathy, Director who was appointed vide G.S.R. No. 523(E) dated 23.07.2014 on the Board of
Trustees of the Kandla Port Trust.
2. The said appointment shall come into force from the date of publication of the Notification in the Gazette of India.
