S.O. 2957(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3, 4, 5 and 6 read with Section 15 (1)
of the Haj Committee Act, 2002 ( 35 of 2002), The Central Government, hereby appoints Shri M.I. Shanavas
and Shri Sirajuddin Ajmal, Members of Parliament (Lok Sabha) in place of Shri Abdul Mannan Hossain and
Shri Syed Shahnawaz Hussain, formerly Members of Parliament, Lok Sabha, as members of Haj Committee
of India under sub section (i) of Section 4 of the said Act, for a period upto 6th May, 2016 with effect from the
date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette; and for that purpose makes the following
amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of External Affairs number S.O.
1165(E), dated 6th May, 2013, namely:—
In the said notification, for serial number (1) and (2) and the entries relating thereto, the following
