The Central Govt. hereby appoints the persons mentioned against serial number 1-7 in the table below, to be trustees on the Board of Jawaharlal Nehru Port Trust for a period from 01.4.2015 to 31.3.2017.
This notification, G.S.R. 356(E), issued by the Ministry of Shipping, Ports Wing, on April 30, 2015, announces the appointment of trustees to the Board of Jawaharlal Nehru Port Trust. Effective from April 1, 2015, to March 31, 2017, the Central Government, exercising its powers under Section 3 of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963, has appointed the individuals listed in the table to serve as trustees.

2. Chief Commissioner of Customs, Mumbai II, Jawaharlal Nehru Customs House, Nhava Sheva, District Raigad, Maharashtra, representing the Department of Customs.
3. SS & FA, Ministry of Shipping, representing the Ministry of Shipping.
4. Commodore, Naval Officer-in-Charge, HQWNC, Mumbai, representing Defence Services.
5. The Chief of Staff, Regional Headquarters West Mumbai, representing the Indian Coast Guard.
6. Chief Freight Traffic Manager, Central Railway (CFTMCR), representing Indian Railways.
7. Shri Shashi Shekhar, Special Secretary, representing the Ministry of Environment, Forests and Climate Change.
