And, whereas, the competent authority in pursuance of Section 8 of the said Act has made his report to the Central Government; And, whereas, the Central Government after considering the aforesaid and after consulting the Government of Jharkhand is satisfied that the land and all rights in and over the land measuring 82.68 hectares (approximately) or 204.23 acres (approximately) described in the Schedule appended hereto should be acquired; Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 9 of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the land and all rights in and over the said land measuring 82.68 hectares (approximately) or 204.23 acres (approximately) described in the Schedule annexed hereto are hereby acquired.
