S.R.O. 8(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (1) and sub-
section (4) of Section 13 of the Cantonments Act, 2006 (41 of 2006), the Central Government, on
being satisfied that for the administration of the Khasyol Cantonment, it is desirable to keep the
Constitution of the Khasyol Cantonment Board varied, where the term of the varied Board shall
expire on 5th June, 2015, hereby makes a declaration to extend the term of office of the said Board
for a further period of one year from 6th June, 2015 to 5th June, 2016 or till the date of Constitution
of the Board, whichever is earlier.
