The Central Govt. hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Govt. of India, Ministry of Rural Development vide number S.O. 463(E), dated the 26th February, 2013.
This notification, S.O. 2118(E), issued by the Ministry of Rural Development on August 22, 2014, announces an amendment to the Government of India's notification S.O. 463(E), dated February 26, 2013, regarding wage rates under the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act, 2005. Effective June 2, 2014, the notification inserts Telangana as a new entry in the Schedule, specifying a wage rate of Rs. 169.00 per day. S.O. 2118(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 6 of the Mahatma
Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act, 2005 (42 of 2005), the Central Government hereby
makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Rural
Development vide number S.O. 463(E), dated the 26th February, 2013, with effect from the 2nd day of the
June, 2014, namely :—-
In the said notification, in the Schedule, after Serial number 34 and the entries relating thereto, the
following Serial number and entries shall be inserted, namely :—
